Logistics Policy

Order Processing Time
We are committed to processing your order as quickly as possible. There is a certain processing time required before the order is processed and delivered to the carrier.

Order Tracking

If there is a delay or loss in transit, please contact the carrier first. If you need assistance, please feel free to contact us, and we will do our best to assist you in solving the problem.
Shipping Restrictions
Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses unless otherwise specified.
Address Correction
Please carefully check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for any loss or delay of packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the user. If the order has not been dispatched, you need to contact us immediately via the following contact information to try to change the address.
Lost/Damaged Packages
Lost Package: If your package is lost in transit, please first use the tracking information to contact the carrier for an investigation. If the issue cannot be resolved, please contact us within [30] days after the order is dispatched, and we will apply for a claim or reship the product for you.
Transportation Damage: If the product you receive has obvious external transportation damage, please refuse to accept it or take a photo for record.
