Return POLICY
REFUND AND EXCHANGE
Our policy lasts 30 days. We understand how difficult it can be to choose personal items online. Therefore, all orders can be returned/exchanged for a full refund within 30 days, with proof of purchase**damages caused by regular wear do not qualify for a replacement. Please note you may return most Zenflowing items (unused) in their original packaging. The cost of return shipping is not included. Shipping costs and additional service charges such as gift wrap are non-refundable.
However, we will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You’ll receive a refund or replacement once we receive the item back if the item is in stock.
Please note that after an exchange is made, the item(s) do not qualify for refunds.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Free items from special offers are final sale. Please note that returns and exchanges are not available in this case.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return labels will be provided only for defective products within the policy time.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Returns Without Label
To return your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You may use your own shipping method. We highly recommend using a shipper who provides a tracking number so you can track your shipment. Please be sure to retain this tracking number for your records. Buddha Stones is not responsible for packages lost in transit if sent via a non-trackable carrier.

A bracelet of ice-clear, saturated Santa Maria aquamarine — collector-grade, cool to the touch, the colour of deep open water — strung in the Daoist tradition ofshui, the element of stillness, depth, and the highest goodness.
The Way of Water (Shang Shan Ruo Shui) "The highest goodness is like water. Water benefits all things and does not contend; it dwells in places people disdain — therefore it is close to the Tao. "Daodejing, Chapter 8.
Of all the Five Elements, Water is the one Laozi singled out as the closest reflection of the Way itself. It yields without losing its nature, descends without complaint, finds its level without striving, and over time it shapes stone. To live like water — calm, deep, patient, formless when forced and unstoppable when free — is, in Daoist thought, to walk very near the Tao. This bracelet is shaped as a small companion to that walk: a circle of water made solid, worn at the pulse.
Aquamarine — The Sea CrystalAquamarine takes its name from the Latinaqua marina, "water of the sea. "A variety of beryl, it is formed slowly in deep pegmatite veins where mineral-rich water cools into translucent blue crystal. Historically prized as the talisman of sailors and travellers, it has long been associated with courage in passage, clarity of speech, and the calming of restless tides — both outer and inner. Where many crystals warm the wearer, aquamarine cools: it draws the heat out of an overheated mind and returns it to the open sea.
Ice-Type & Santa Maria — Two Collector StandardsTwo grading languages converge in this bracelet:
- Ice-Type (bing zhong) — borrowed from the world of fine jade, this term describes a crystal so clear that light passes through it as if through still water, with no cloud or veil. Every bead in this strand meets that standard.
- Santa Maria— the trade name for the most saturated Brazilian aquamarine, originally mined at Santa Maria de Itabira. At its deepest saturation, collectors call it "Devil Blue" — a haunting, near-sapphire blue that, once seen, is rarely forgotten.
Together they describe a single quality: ice on the surface, ocean underneath.

- Place on the bedside or hold to the chest before sleep; allow its coolness to draw down the day's residual fire and settle the spirit (shen) into rest.
- In moments of emotional surge, close the hand gently around the bracelet and breathe out slowly. Let the wave meet the cool depth; let it pass.
- After contact with anger or stress, rinse the bracelet briefly under cool running water and rest it on a windowsill under soft moonlight — Water cleanses itself with its own kind.

CareAquamarine is gentle on the eye and gentle in nature, but sensitive to harsh treatment. Keep away from perfume, lotion, chlorine, and prolonged heat. Wipe with a soft dry cloth after wear; rinse occasionally under cool running water and rest under moonlight once a month to refresh its clarity. Store wrapped in soft cloth, away from other harder stones that could scratch the surface.
